Business pages on Foursquare have been around for about a year and a half, but today the announcement was made that business pages are becoming self-serve.

Foursquare Pages

No longer will businesses have to work with the Foursquare team to create a presence, instead brands and companies will be able to create their own Foursquare page.

Foursquare pages, like our SMX page, allow businesses to provide tips and check-ins to followers.

The new self-serve pages also allow for multiple managers and mobile updates. New pages will be included in the searchable Page Gallery with approximately 3,000 other active pages.

Head over to Foursquare and sign up to start building your business’s Foursquare presence.
