You see them more and more, those funny looking QR codes that deliver up information to your smartphone when you scan them. They’re most used in paper publications, most scanned by those 25-34 and nearly half that use them did so to get discounts.

    Here in the UK it would seem companies are looking for more innovative ways to implement a QR code – one betting firm has even shaved them into the back of football player’s heads, apparently when scanned it would send you to their gambling website – not convinced it would work myself:
