Tim Cohn noticed that Google is now offering some level of “expert” advice for AdWords advertisers with their AdWords accounts.

When Tim logged into one of his accounts, he noticed a link that read, “Get started with expert advice on Adwords.” The link takes the advertiser to a form, which he/she can complete and Google would schedule a session for this advertiser.

This service is only available in the US and Canada and for advertisers who spend over $250 per month.

Google does offer starter campaigns and sets up new accounts for advertisers. But I do not remember Google offering campaign recommendations on a manual basis to mass advertisers. They of course have their automated suggestions and people who have personalized Google representatives.
