Time is ticking down to transition to Upgraded URLs in AdWords if you’re using any kind of tracking in your destination URLs. Google has announced the deadline for getting set up is July 1st.

If you’re using auto-tagging only, then you don’t need to do anything. Auto-tagged accounts will get updated automatically and destination URLs will be moved over to the new final URL fields.

If you are using URL tracking from a third-party or ValueTrack parameters, get prepared before the deadline. You’ll need to manually move your destination URLs to the new Upgraded URL fields.

This week’s AdWords blog post covers what’s going to start happening on July 1st, FAQs, and resources for making the transition to Upgraded URLs. Consider yourself warned.
