  • How to build a reusable SEO project structure: A working directory with client/site config, data folders, fetchers/imports, reusable prompts, reports, and QA checklists — so Claude Code has the context it needs every time you open a session.


  • How to connect or import core performance data: Practical ways to work with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads search term data, SEO exports, and AI visibility data — including lower-friction CSV workflows when API access isn't available.


  • How to ask cross-source SEO questions that spreadsheets make painful: Paid-organic overlap, content gaps, high-impression/low-CTR pages, bounce-rate mismatches, topic clusters, and pages that probably deserve paid amplification or more content investment.


  • How to layer in AI visibility and answer-engine tracking: Bring AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot/Bing, Semrush, Scrunch, Otterly, DataForSEO, or other visibility signals into the workflow and connect them to traditional SEO performance.


  • How to move from analysis to content creation: Turn opportunities into briefs, outlines, page refresh plans, FAQs, schema suggestions, comparison-page structures, and SME interview questions grounded in actual performance data.


  • How to repurpose SEO work into distribution assets: Use the same research and recommendations to create LinkedIn posts, newsletter blurbs, sales enablement snippets, client-update language, webinar abstracts, and short-form video prompts without starting from scratch.


  • How to turn Claude Code output into client-ready recommendations: Convert raw analysis into findings, recommendations, required actions, reports, and Google Docs-style deliverables without losing the strategist's judgment.


  • How to use guardrails, verification, and permissions safely: A "trust but verify" QA process for checking numbers, catching hallucinated conclusions, protecting sensitive data, and deciding when a human strategist has to step back in.

Who should attend?

SEO professionals, content strategists, technical SEOs, analytics leads, agency teams, and in-house marketers who already understand SEO fundamentals and want to use AI to speed up analysis, reporting, and the actual work of running campaigns.

You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with SEO data and willing to work in a hands-on environment. The class is most useful for practitioners who already live in Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Semrush (or similar), spreadsheets, and client and stakeholder reporting.  

You'll get the most out of the session if you have access to Claude Code and can bring sample exports from Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, or an SEO platform. 

API access is helpful but not required; we'll show both API-connected and CSV-based approaches.

We'll cover Search Console query and page data, GA4 landing page and channel data, Google Ads search terms, keyword exports, and the minimum viable data structure for analysis you can trust.

Hands-on workflows for paid-organic gap analysis, content opportunity detection, low-CTR page fixes, topic-cluster grouping, cannibalization checks, and landing page diagnostics — then turning those findings into briefs, outlines, page refresh plans, FAQs, schema ideas, and a prioritized recommendation list.

Repurposing, Distribution, Automation, and Guardrails. How to turn one analysis into many useful outputs: client reports, CMS-ready drafts, LinkedIn posts, newsletter blurbs, sales enablement notes, webinar/session abstracts, and distribution checklists. We'll also look at AI visibility data, Claude Code extensions like instructions, skills, MCP, subagents, and hooks where they earn their keep, plus verification guardrails before anything becomes client-facing or public. Includes Q&A and a practical next-steps checklist.
