Reuters reports that a Brazilian court has ordered YouTube to be shut down due to not preventing a celebrity sex video from being posted time and time again. Daniela Cicarelli and company sued YouTube after being notified that a video of her and her boyfriend having sex on a beach was posted and reposted on YouTube. This judgment might be impossible to enforce outside of the US, the article says.
