In case it was lost in the flurry of today’s news and discussion about Google +1, you can put in a request to get notified when the +1 button(s) is available. The signup form is here:

You have to provide an email address; including your website URL is optional. As Danny Sullivan reported earlier, it may be “a few months” before buttons are available for website owners.
