Google Knowledge Graph Adds “Other Recordings Of This Song”

Google now shows other artists who covered popular songs in the Knowledge Graph.

Google has quietly added a new feature to song results that trigger the Google Knowledge Graph. It now may show an “other recordings of this song” section, so you can hear covers by other artists of the same song.

You can see it yourself by searching for [stairway to heaven]. This brings up a video of the song by Led Zeppelin, which is the original, and then under it, Google shows “Other recordings of this song,” which includes the band Heart from 1977.

You can click on the other artist to bring up that video, and/or you can click on the “Other recordings of this song” title to get to a carousel result search results page. Here is what that looks like:
