AdWords Shopping Campaigns report Google Analytics

Google has launched a new Shopping Campaigns report in Google Analytics.

Today, Google announced that a new Shopping Campaigns report will start appearing in the AdWords section of Google Analytics. The report is rolling out globally over the next few weeks. The news comes along with the full release of Enhanced Ecommerce features in Analytics.

The Shopping Campaigns report gives AdWords advertisers more insights into product target performance from their Shopping Campaigns in AdWords.

As the screenshot above illustrates, marketers can analyze performance by product category, product type or brand and then drill in further from there.

The reporting provides post-click data on conversion as well as behavioral metrics such as bounce rate and time on site that advertisers can use to inform bid optimization efforts.

The release of Enhanced Ecommerce also comes on the cusp of the holiday season frenzy.  To learn more about Enhanced Ecommerce in Google Analytics, check out our coverage on our sister site, Marketing Land.
