In good news for PPC Excel enthusiasts, Bing Ads announced it is beta testing an Excel Add-In to manage campaign data and download and post directly to the Bing Ads data center.

Here’s what the process will look like:

Essentially users will have the option to use Bing Ads Editor or the Excel Add-In. The Add-In allows Excel users to bypass the step of having to upload or paste data from Excel to Editor and then uploading the data from Editor to the data center.

A launch date hasn’t been set, but Bing Ads is holding a webinar on the Excel Add-In and Bing Ads Editor on September 12.

It’s refreshing to see Bing Ads finally incorporating Excel more thoroughly into its product. In June, they released an update to the Bing Ads Intelligence Excel Add-In and rolled out the option to download reports to directly Excel rather than having to go through the hassle of converting CSV files.
