Twitter announced they have improved the search capabilities on the iOS and Android mobile apps.

Twitter added:

A toggle between top Tweets and all Tweets
A new photo search filter
Photo search results layouts for grid and list view
Filter tweets by people you follow
A new trending timeline in Discover shows you trends along with associated Tweets
A new trending TV shows and nearby events
