Google has made an update to AdWords location extensions that allows multiple locations to display in mobile search ads.

When several business locations are nearby, users may see up to three locations in an ad. The extensions can display the street address and distance from the user’s current location. Users can click to call or get directions for each location.

The change is automatic. Here’s an example from Google that shows a block of three locations in a mobile search ad.
