Google AdWords With Ratings & Reviews

Matthew Mierzejewski posted a screen capture on the Rimm-Kaufman blog, showing reviews and ratings directly in the AdWords ads. As you can see in the picture below, the ratings and reviews are summarized in the ad description and contain an extra hyperlink to product reviews on Google.

Matthew describes the ad as being on line 5 and being somewhat grayed out. This may be some sort of enhancement with today’s announcement of Google launching the Google Product Reviews Program. However, that announcement doesn’t really say anything about AdWords ads containing a fifth line for this information. This does however seem to be an addition to AdWords ad extensions, which work for locations and sometimes contacts forms, amongst others such as product images and prices.
