Google Adds Complete Content Of United States Constitution To Search Results
To celebrate Constitution Day and further the efforts of The Constitution Project, Google has added constitutions from 13 countries.
Just in time for election season, Google is making it easier for we the people — and our political candidates — to quickly reference the complete text of the United States Constitution.
To celebrate Constitution Day, Google announced it has added the full content of the Constitution to its search results as part of its partnership with the Constitute Project – an organized effort to provide access to constitutions from around the world.
A Google search for [constitution] on a desktop or via the Google app will deliver a popup with the Constitution’s Preamble, along with a drop-down menu listing each of the document’s articles and amendments.
In addition to the Constitution of the United States, Google has also added the constitutions of the following 12 countries: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Estonia, Finland, France, Iceland, Japan, Laos, Latvia, Micronesia, Norway and Ukraine, with plans to add more.
