IMO – Search queries are high priority. You can analyse your top performing kws and page and define strategies to improve them.

Oh good we got a comment! I marked them as medium because the data is unreliable and general. Google Analytics is a much better tools for evaluating this data. That being said, different things are important to different SEOs. So thanks for the input.

Hi John, great write-up! Just wanted to precise that you don’t need custom google search to allow for site search reporting. once you (very, very easily) configure it in the analytics admin panel, a non-google search box will work.

Keeping an eye on your crawl errors is especially important when you redesigning your website. I had a client once that never bothered to put together a 301 redirect guide before launching their new site so when I went into their Webmaster Tools account they literally had 100s of 404 errors. It was affecting their SEO because some of those old pages had been doing really well in the SERPs and their juice was just left hanging.

I agree. What source could produce more reliable information about rankings in Google web, mobile or image search? Even if the impression and click data is rounded, what other source could give you a more accurate representation of your CTR by average position? This is great data to be monitored and mined.

You can also get deeper query and page data by creating multiple profiles for each URL path (if you have a clean subfolder-type URL structure).
